About Sandra

 I have always enjoyed organizing.  Friends and family often sought my help to declutter and organize their spaces. This led me to pursue professional organizing, where I can combine my meticulous attention to detail (honed during my research career at Harvard, Cornell, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and LSU) with my industrial organizational psychology skills (developed through my graduate degree). My non-profit  and graduate degree developed my ability to work with organizations to see through the clutter to better organize their business.


 Leveraging this knowledge, I create personalized systems that work for each client.  In my previous role as a clinic operations manager, I used these skills to  reduce employee turnover from 73% to 12% by fostering a positive work environment. My empathetic listening  (garnered from 10 years of providing counseling for a crisis hotline, and my non-profit work) and focus on employee success can be applied to your space as well. 


 When I'm not helping clients achieve organizational bliss, you can find me playing in musical groups or enjoying playtime with my furry companions.   My passion for animals even translates into my organizing skills, as I understand the unique challenges pet owners face!  My experience starting and running a non-profit, Spay Baton Rouge, where we helped reduce pet overpopulation, honed my project management skills – a valuable asset in creating efficient organizing systems for my clients! 

  

  Whether you're an individual overwhelmed by disorganization or a business seeking to improve workflow, I can help you achieve a space that fosters focus and efficiency.  I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and have a certificate in Life Transitions.
